Someone brought these on the 4th, they were awesome!

Hollow out the strawberry. Fill with no bake cheesecake. Roll the cheesecake fill in finely grated graham crackers.

These were the hit of the day!

Those do sound good! I love cheesecake and I love Strawberries. How does one hollow out a strawberry though?
