Today my dad is at the emergency room with a possible case of vertigo. This is new to him. My sister is with him. I feel so bad that I cannot
help as I am so far away. Luckily texting and emails help. Please pray for a prompt recovery. He lives alone and is quite independent, driving and all.

Ooh, vertigo absolutely SUCKS! Once you have experienced it, you always fear it returning again. Hopefully the doctor is familiar with the Epley procedure. It provided immediate relief for me, and my doctor even taught it to me so that if I ever had another attack I could treat it myself.

I hope he feels better soon.

How is your dad doing? I often get vertigo after going on a cruise, I guess my body cannot acclimate back from the rocking of the ocean. I find that sitting with lots of windows makes me feel best and being inside the shower in the enclosed area is the worst.

Thanks you all for the prayers. He seems to be doing much better. They put him on antivert but unfortunately he had a bad reaction. She feels ok at this time so I will keep praying as he also is Diabetic and I think he feels a little depress. I will be traveling to see him in Puerto Rico but will stop to pick up my toddler niece in Miami to do babysitting for 10 days while my sister travels to Spain for work. I think I will be the one needing prayers. Is kind of killing two birds with one stone situation.
