It feels like I'm always posting about family prayers! :goof But with a family the size of mine : it happens!

If you guys could say a prayer for my mom and step-dad. Its a long story and I won't go into details, but just keep them in your prayers

Also, my great-uncle is now living with us. We aren't sure for how long and its VERY unexpected. He lost his house in Myrtle Beach and he's thin, and has been through a LOT. My dad has invited him to our house because we were the closest to his home, have plenty of space, and are financially stable enough to support another family member. He's been living here since Saturday (so not long) but he's doing great and beginning to calm down. He loves our dogs and cats, and being apart of the family. He's a great guy - but I just pray he gets back healthy and we can get him out on his feet again. Its funny because he speaks a lot of Italian, so I am learning some new things. He is welcome in our home as long as he likes. Family is important to us, and its our duty to support one another. We haven't seen him in about 11 years or so until now, So its a bit weird for all of us : but we're doing our best. :hp

Here we are making Easter eggs yesterday at the kitchen table.

My little sister, myself, and my great uncle

You've got them, Em. You have a wonderful family -- your love for one another shines through. It's no wonder that you have turned out to be the amazing young lady you are. You have great role models.

Prayers are being said. What a grand example of family love your family is teaching you.

Em, We all have "families" & all those things just go with the relationships, all we can do is what we can & pray for wisdom & strength. So I pray for you & trust in God that you will all be just fine. I'm confident you will. luv Jan

Saying prayers and sending positive thoughts your way. :sun You and your family all have each other to lean on -- and that's fantastic! Many people aren't as fortunate.

Hi Em, Great picture with you, your sister, and Great Uncle at the table. Your Great Uncle looks like a very nice gentleman. He's got to feel so good to be welcomed into your family and loved and wanted. You have a wonderful family, Em. AND, when you listed the people at the table, even though he wasn't at the table, I noticed our Rudy looking out the window. Rudy's always with the family. Love that boy! :hp Also, sending prayers for your Mom and step father. :hp
