Lot of opportunities for these kinds of photos this year. These are all from my yard one morning after a storm of rain/sleet/snow changing to all snow.

LOL Debbie! The snow is soooo deep out there. You simply cannot walk anywhere that there was not an established path cause you will sink up to your hips! My mom just informed me that she bought herself, me and my sister a pair of snowshoes! I just have to get up to her place (an hour away) to get them. Finally I won't have to try to get around the yard on my knees when I play with the dogs in the snow...they can run on top, I have to knee walk around or else it is impossible.

:wv Oh this reminds me of so many winters of snowmobiling! So beautiful, peaceful and the quiet. I know it can be confining also, especially if you can't get out of the house. Where is your snowmobile? :dk If you get this much each winter I would sure get myself one. :tg

Beautiful pictures, but I will gladly send you my snow! What a long cold winter, my dog pen has been ice forever! The owl is beautiful! We have lots of Bambi around our place, I have seen them in the woods the past 2 mornings, but 7 am is far too early for me and my camera!
