:hi Hi All,

Next weekend, April 13-15, in Walnut, CA, Star will join Karlie Bug, Rosey and I at a 3 day agility trial. Day 1 is sponsored by the West Coast Cocker Spaniel Club and Mom is the trial chair. The other two days are sponsored by a different club -- which means we don't have to stay all day (but we will try and stay to watch Karlie Bug if Mom isn't too fatigued).

On Friday our runs will start around 10ish. Certainly not before 10 and probably closer to 11:00.
On Saturday and Sunday, Star and I compete in the first event of the day that begins at 8:00 AM. Rosey won't start competing until about 9:30. Karlie Bug will run in the afternoon each day.

All eyes will be on Rosey and Mom to see if they can manage to earn 10 points and finish Rosey's MACH title. (You know, I bet you people are going to be happy not to read about this MACH thing anymore :roll).

It has been a little over a month since our last trial so it is a good thing they have 3 days to earn the points. We are going to a practice match tomorrow to help get us back into "competition mode."

Solo and Big-Sis Rosey,

I can't wait to see you both again! I'm sure that this will be the big celebration!!! :YAY Who knows, maybe even on Friday. :wnk

My mom decided not to volunteer ahead of time so she can choose the classes this time and how many. Last time was too much!

Looking forward to next week. Have fun today!

Star :paw

Hi Star,
Well I had fun today. I wasn't perfect in all my runs, but I did very well. Mom and I got back into competition mode. Lots of people watching thought I was wonderful :bg.

But then there is Rosey :roll. She decided that she didn't want to do the tire. Geesh, anyone can do the tire. There is some speculation that the tire was still at 12", which makes sense for the 12" class, but last year AKC lowered the tire in all of the classes. So 12" dogs jump through a tire set at 8". Rosey is very good at noticing when things are not set at the right height. In her other practice runs she did the tire, so she might just be messing with Mom :evil.

See you in a few days.

Hi Andy,
I'll kept an eye on your girl Star. She attracts a lot of attention when she comes to CA. The really good videographer is at the trial so the videos will be good.
