Pupapalooza Enjoy these pictures from our April 2007 event which brought together Cocker Spaniel lovers from all over California

Once or twice each year, we have a little party we call Pupapalooza.  It's a weekend long event that celebrates Cocker Spaniels and their owners.  We time these Pupapalooza parties to coincide with our litters of puppies...  so that all of our out-of-town friends can come meet our puppies just before the pups go to their new homes.  On the weekend of April 28th, 2007, we had a Pupapalooza centered around Reese & Dodger's puppies.  Here are a few pictures from the big event:

Pupapalooza kicked off on Friday evening with a big pizza party at
the Spyglass Inn, where most of our out-of-town guests stayed

On Saturday, everyone was invited to our house for a "meet & greet" with the puppies

Later in the day, we headed over to the beach at Port San Luis

The owners went all out to groom their dogs and get them looking good for Pupapalooza.

After a few hours at the beach, we headed back to our house for more play time with Reese's puppies.
By this hour, it was pretty warm and one of the puppies took a nap in the shade of the wagon.

By the end of the afternoon, the pups were ready for a good long nap...

...and the new owners were looking forward to taking their puppies home the next day!

Pupapalooza began as a reunion of our past puppies...   but you don't have to own a Zim family puppy to be able to attend.  We'd love to have you join us for the next one, which will happen either the weekend of June 30th or July 7th, 2007.  Feel free to bring your dog, but only if it's a Cocker!
